Identifying the gap
Convolign Business Consulting identified a critical gap in the European conference landscape: no event was dedicated exclusively to the full HPAPI value chain. Speaker recruitment and programme development began, with strong early interest from the European biopharma community.
Inaugural edition, Milan 2025
The 1st Annual MaxPotent Pharma Summit took place at Duo Milan Porta Nuova on 25–26 September 2025, establishing the themes the series returns to every year: regulatory compliance, containment technology, process optimisation, risk mitigation and occupational safety.
2nd Annual edition, Milan 2026
The summit returned to Milan on 6–7 May 2026 at the Ramada Plaza by Wyndham with an expanded programme: 20+ speakers, 22 sessions across two days, and more than 100 companies represented.
3rd Annual edition, Rome 2027
The third edition moves to Rome on 21–22 April 2027, with four themed sessions, two keynotes and two industry panels spanning manufacturing, CDMO partnership, facility design and sustainability.
